The rabbinic search committee has organized several facilitated community conversations to discuss in small group settings what you value most about the rabbinic role and what you would like to see for Or Hadash's future with respect to our rabbinic leadership. The meetings are going to be facilitated so that the same critical thinking questions are asked at each meeting and they are expected to last approximately 90 minutes. If you are unable to attend any of these scheduled meetings or would prefer to speak one-to-one with a committee member to share your thoughts, please email committee Chair Jon Rubin.
