Folk Music Havurah (revival group)

February 24, 2019 - 2:00pm

OH's Folk Music Havurah is restarting!

If you are a folk-music enthusiast, we hope you'll come join us!

Our previous format included bringing instruments (guitar, recorder, drums...), and using the songbooks Rise Up Singing, and Rise Again Songbook as our main source of songs.  Our primary goal was  "singing out",  playing our instruments, enjoying the music we were singing and playing, chatting with each other, and, of course, refreshments.

Mah Jongg Game Night

February 26, 2019 - 7:00pm

Join us to play Mah Jongg - all experience levels welcome (we even teach)! Please bring a refreshment to share, if possible. Also, spread the word and/or bring a friend, or two. RSVPs are a must so that we can arrange for enough tables, sets, and cards. Questions should be directed to Michelle Smithman or Nadine in the office.

Ladies' Night Out - RESCHEDULED

February 27, 2019 - 7:30pm

Embrace Your Inner-Mermaid at Ladies’ Night Out

Please join us on Wednesday, February 27th at 7:30 at Or Hadash for a painting class (like Painting with a Twist) taught by our very own Ami Amada Kardos. Ami is a professional art teacher and she is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with her fellow congregants. We will learn how to make a painting with a mermaid in the setting of our choice.

The cost is $10/person and all supplies, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. It’s a BYOB if you wish. Please rsvp by February 22nd to Nadine in the office at office@orhadash.com. You can contact Michelle Smithman at michellesmithman@gmail.com with any questions.
