Come for a special showing of the film Shanghai Ghetto
“Shanghai Ghetto”, a film about the parallel experience of Jewish refugees that went to Shanghai will be shown on Saturday, March 17th. This documentary (95 minutes) offers first-hand accounts of the escape from Europe, the experience of the refugees through the Japanese occupation of Shanghai, and the fate of the community after the war.
